Health promotion has been developed for betterment and is a very important area of work across the globe. Various chronic diseases like heart attack, diabetes, cancer, mental disorders, anxiety, depression and addiction to bad habits are very expensive to treat. For making the community free from pain and reduce risks, health promotion is used. This can be done by improving lifestyle of people which modifies the risk of diseases. There are various advanced technologies used to improve the health conditions of people in the community and make them aware about the health issues so that people can improve their health conditions (Nutbeam, Harris Wise, 2010). This can be done by using health promotion strategies as health promotion showcase the path that needs to be followed for betterment. These Health promotion strategies are used to overcome the challenges faced by the members of society. Health promotion is not only beneficial for the individual but it also improves the economic, political and community initiatives (Bell Williams, 2016). It also throws the light on health issues and shows why it is important to take proper actions which in turn will decrease the health conditions of the society. As people are following high standards of lifestyle thus they are seeking for better health needs and sui table care experience. The health strategy is designed in a way so that services reach the desired population and planners may improve the services to meet the needs of people. People in society is still suffering from health inequalities to overcomes these problems, basic principal are undertaken for betterment of health conditions (Conley Durlak, 2017). Health promotion is a very important component of public health. It can be defined as a process to increase the control by enabling people to improve health. It is all about improving health that is improving complete physical, mental and social wellbeing. Health promotion takes steps to improve the conditions by focusing on individual to improve health determinate (Mental healthassociation, 2016). Health Promotion has gained global attention, in the past years as International conferences was held which leads to creation of Ottawa document. This document is considered as a landmark document and is very influential in providing goals and concepts of health promotion. These policies are still practised today. To achieve good health various actions need to be taken like building healthy health policy, creating supportive environment, strengthening community action, developing personal skills and reorienting health services. Building health public policy not only protects health of indi vidual and community but make it easier for people to make healthy decisions (Ministry of health, 2016). This is achieved by legislative regulations and organisational taxation. Also the environment in which people live is directly related to their health. So health promotion basically looks in places where people live, work or play by increasing the ability to make healthy choices. Collective actions of community also play an important role to improve health as community based organisation promotes people to eat healthy, run more and stay fit. The health system used is traditional which focus on individual curative and treatment, now a days holistic approach is used to strengthen protective factors by reducing risk factors and improving health determinants (Lloyd-Jones, et.al , 2010). It can also be said as a combination of educational and ecological, health education, protection measures, risk detection which in turn enhances health. It supports to take conductive actions of health. Various activities are built to improve personal and public health through a combination of strategies including behavioural changes (Sreet, Gold manning, 2013). Health promotion is basically achieved by making people aware about the better health services provided by the government (Eldredge et.al, 2016). As there are many centres that provide services to people, as government has opened many health centres closer to home for comfort of the society. In short health services are made available for everyone so that no one takes the health issues in a negligible way. Health promotion is used to reach to the target population so that it results in better health outcomes. Health promotion can be achieved by encourage people to be a part of health smart society, this can be done by spreading awareness about health issues. People in the society are not literate about the health conditions and issues about that. Health is generally taken in a lenient manner. To focus on increasing the performance of health condition, first step is reaching to the people. It ensures to the public by reflecting that best services are provided in public, by having health camps which could satisfy their health needs (Pate, et.al , 2015). Other than that health is promoted by using digital technologies so that clear information and drawbacks of certain diseases are showcased. Issues-In the society it can be seen that smoking habits is raising day by day. Poverty is the biggest reason of smoking as because of poverty a lot of peer pressure is developed in the individual. Other than youth how are not able to achieve good heights in career starts smoking. It is important to make people aware in the society about the steps that need to be taken. Various programs are imitated by the government which shows bad health warning of smoking and impact of smoking on the body (Shonkoff, Boyce McEwen, 2010). Especially the youth in the society is suffering from this problem. Also by using digital technologies helps in supporting good health. Many programs have been started to make public aware how the issue can be resolved (Conley Durlak, 2017). Like teaching the youth ways to quit smoking and improve health. Another motive for this is to make health system active so that users voice could be raised so that response can be built accordingly (Conley Durlak, 2017). Determinants on health due to smoking-Smoking is the major causes of diseases and it directly affects the blood circulation of the body and leads to heart prone disease or lung cancer. It increases the risks of infections and gives rise to breathing complication. In short it has an adverse effect on the society. Smoking habit is mainly caused due to stress, anxiety and depression. It is mainly seen in those people who are poor and have limited social support. Smoking in the society h as been reduced by increasing the taxation on Tabaco products. Successful restrictions have been applied on tobacco products and awareness is been created in public to reduce mental disorders. It has also increased the efforts so that long term disease can be tackled by providing high quality services. But everyday a new disease emerges in the market which is unpredictable and give rises to sever health conditions (Hasler , 2010). ). Thus health promotion is treated as a weapon in this scenario that leads to a positive health of the individual which in turn also decreases the weakness of poor health conditions (Watt, 2015). On the other hand it improves the health state by opening various health centres for the people who are addicted to smoking, by using health campaigns which include various steps like Non-pharmacology treatment or training that helps the patient to recover faster in behavioural and intellectual patterns. Issues of smoking have impacted the economy of the country as well as impacted moral accepts of the society. For overcoming from these shortcomings community based care is provided and a proper collaboration is made. The consequence of bad health is that it brings loss to life and sorrow in many adults. Prevention from this anxiety by lessens the effects and becoming stable improves mental health. Via various social programs, educational programs or motivational conferences, mental stress is minimized and increases the physical wellness of an individual (Mcleroy, et. al, 2011). Smoking habits can be improved by keeping the individual busy in some or the other activities, or meeting new people which my help them feel better and come out of depression. Apart from meeting new individuals to steps should be taken to control the consumption tobacco. Also mediation can be undertaken to improve health conditions (Breslow, 2012). These policies support rules and regulation to match public health goals (Stokols, 2013). For example controlling smoking habits is done by aligning high tax policies on unhealthy or harmful products like alcohol, Tabaco or food products that have high consumption of alcohol. Also by spreading alertness about public policies launched by government like non-smoking policy or alcohol related policies. Legislation also supports healthy cities by reducing the danger of smoking (DiClemente, Crosby Kegler, 2010).
